Main provisions
The International Exhibition “Rethinking the Value of Water” will be organized in the days of the 3rd High-Level International Conference on the International Decade for Action "Water for Sustainable Development", 2018-2028.

Objectives
The objective of the exhibition is to promote awareness of the measures taken and progress achieved in the implementation of the International Decade for Action "Water for sustainable Development" by demonstrating activities carried out and the results achieved, advanced knowledge, best practices and scientific achievements in the field of water resources. The exhibition is also aimed to assist to the further strengthening and development of cooperation among stakeholders, as well as to introduce innovative methods, practices, techniques and technologies of sustainable water resources management. Furthermore, the exhibition is aimed at establishing close business relationships among various stakeholders.
Theme of the exhibition
The general slogan for the exhibition is “Rethinking the Value of Water”. It will focus on issues of cooperation and partnership in the water sector at the local, regional and international levels, rational use and protection of water resources, water-related disasters risk reduction, impact of climate change on water resources, development of hydropower, introduction of water-saving technologies, etc.
Potential participants
Participants in the exhibition can be international and regional organizations, financial institutions, national ministries and departments, local governments, NGOs, private companies, academic and research institutions and other stakeholders.
Terms of provision of exhibition stands
Standard exhibition stands will be available for rent to the interested parties at a cost of 25 USD per 1 m2.
Specification of provided exhibition stands
There are three types of standard exhibition booths: Type A with an area of 9m2 (3x3), Type B with an area of 8 m2 (4x2) and Type C – with an area of 10m2 (5х2). Set of a standard exhibition booth includes (for all types):
booth;
table – 1 unit;
chair – 2 units;
spot-lamp – 4 units;
electric socket – 1 unit;

Registration
Exhibitors shall fill in the registration form for participation at the exhibition and submit it to the Conference Secretariat before 1 April 2024. The Secretariat notifies the Exhibitor on acceptance of the application within 5 days after the submission.
Placement of exhibition stands
Stands will be placed at the exhibition pavilion with regard to their configuration and exhibited materials. The Conference Secretariat will inform exhibitors about the location of their stand by 1 June 2024.
Requirements for placement and removal of exhibits
Exhibitors should set their exhibits (decorate stands) before 9 June 2024. Removal of exhibits is permitted only after 13 June 2024 (after the Conference).
Responsibility
Exhibitors should take care of their exhibits and minimize the risk of damage and deterioration of the exhibits. Conference Secretariat is not responsible for spoilage, damage and other defects, caused by the exhibitors.
Other matters
Exhibitors provide the Secretariat with the text that should be placed on the apron of the stand. Inscriptions on the stands (Name Plate) are performed by the Secretariat free of charge. If necessary, Conference Secretariat can provide exhibitors with the additional equipment. Cost and provision procedure can be discussed additionally.
To take part in the exhibition, interested parties should send a filled Registration Form to the Conference Secretariat (secretariat@dushanbewaterprocess.org) with a copy to the coordinator of the exhibition Mr. Boyzoda Sanoi (extr@dushanbewaterprocess.org) as soon as possible but not later than 1st April 2024.
