On February 7 and 10, 33 lecturers and professors from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Turkmenistan (Ashgabat) and the Turkmen Agricultural Institute (Dashoguz) explored the interactions between water, energy, food, and environmental security through a Nexus simulation conducted by the Regional Environmental Center for Central Asia (CAREC) in collaboration with the USAID Regional Water and Environment Project (USAID WAVE).
