The USAID Regional Water and Environment Project continues the WEFE Nexus lecture series for Central Asia. The next lecture will focus on water-energy cooperation issues in Central Asia.

As part of the upcoming lecture, participants are invited to listen to and discuss the following topics:

Barriers and gaps in the development of water-energy cooperation in Central Asia
Existing global mechanisms for water-energy cooperation
Opportunities for effective utilization and enhancement of Central Asia’s regional water-energy potential

Lecture No. 22 will be organized as an interactive session, and we are pleased to introduce our esteemed speakers:

Ms. Ekaterina Strikeleva, Director of the USAID Regional Water and Environment Project
